Surrogacy Requirements: Qualifications and Guidelines

  • US Citizen or US Permanent Residence
  • Good physical Condition/Healthy weight range (BMI must not exceed 30)
  • Between the ages of 21-35
  • Non-smoking/non-drug using/no excessive alcohol usage
  • Must have had at least one child and a good pregnancy history
  • Normal menstrual cycles
  • No criminal records
  • Must be financially stable and not currently receiving government financial aid.
  • Emotionally secure
  • Have reliable transportation (We offer some accommodation)

Surrogate Compensation
